I’ve been practicing different style of yoga. The growing importance of yoga in my own life and a desire to share the benefits of yoga with others to undertake teacher training with Rebecca Ffrench at YogaLondon, Kagyu Samye the Temple Tibetan Dzong, London, and qualified as a RYT200 teacher in July 2011. My teaching style is influenced by Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, is a modern, dynamic and physical yoga practice where you Flow from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
